We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the next stage of our growth. This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new Salesforce and MuleSoft project opportunities, primarily in Public Sector, Healthcare, and Financial Services. You’ll execute our go-to-market strategy, grow pipeline, and lead strategic bids for enterprise and government clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on winning, understands the value of structured qualification (MEDDPICC), and enjoys building meaningful relationships that convert into long-term partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a sales territory plan aligned to Mav3rik’s growth strategy.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality, qualified opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for consulting and implementation services.
  • Drive consistent activity to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC framework across all opportunities to ensure quality and velocity.
  • Engage effectively across client executive, procurement, and delivery stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing, and commercial responses.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, deal stage, and expected revenue.
  • Represent Mav3rik at industry events and Salesforce ecosystem engagements Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and reporting (Salesforce platform).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling technology consulting, professional services, or complex software.
  • Demonstrated success in building and closing pipeline in enterprise/government markets.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft ecosystem preferred.
  • Familiarity with target industries: Health & Life Sciences, Public Sector, or BFSI.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
