Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop: You will be deep in the console and code, building contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and EventBridge.
- Code: You will build and optimize custom agent interfaces and backend logic using ReactJS and Node.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, Notification Services, CloudWatch, Cloud Logging, CloudFormation) Technical Depth: You are comfortable writing production-ready code in Nodejs or ReactJS and managing AWS infrastructure.
- Telephony Smarts: You understand VoIP, SIP, and SBCs (you know why a call fails).
- AI Readiness: You have exposure to (or a burning desire to master) Conversational AI and Machine Learning integration.
