As an Enterprise Platform Engineer (Salesforce), you will work hands-on with core Salesforce platforms and Salesforce Education Cloud, designing, extending, and scaling solutions that support educators and students nationwide. Your work will involve delivering Education Cloud–based capabilities, built on core Salesforce foundations, and integrating with other enterprise systems to operate reliably at national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code / no-code platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PSS), OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar tools.
- Configure and customize low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions, including workflows, rules engines, screen flows, data validations, and page layouts.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate and break down complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and low-code solution designs.
- Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations, and business processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms using APIs, Platform APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional, non-functional, security, and performance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, configuration details, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, vendors) in agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in application development, particularly with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform APIs).
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, CI).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to quality and detail.
