As a Developer you will be responsible for the delivery of technology solutions to clients in both project and managed service/support engagements.

Work Setup:

Onsite (5x/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating business needs into technical requirements, and actively participating in the design and prototyping of solutions to meet business goals.
  • Independently developing and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Ensures designs are scalable and maintainable.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Actively participates in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the team’s overall code quality.
  • Developing comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the correctness and reliability of solutions.
  • Implementing best practices for data validation, sanitization, and access control to maintain data integrity and prevent security vulnerabilities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Clearly articulating technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Regularly reviewing and refactoring code to enhance readability, performance, and scalability.
  • Staying up-to-date with Salesforce advancements and incorporating new best practices as appropriate.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation for all codebases, ensuring future developers can easily understand and modify the solutions.
  • Managing and optimizing deployment pipelines for their own projects, utilizing CI/CD tools and practices to streamline deployment workflows.
  • Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for deployed solutions.
  • Promptly addressing issues, optimizing performance, and implementing enhancements as needed during Hypercare.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system design.
  • Experience building and maintaining unit and integration tests.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data management, and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes across Salesforce environments.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting production releases and Hypercare activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce architecture and scalable solution design principles.
  • Experience with performance tuning and code refactoring in enterprise environments.
