We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing (Java + Selenium) to support applications within the Equities Middle Office and Back Office domain. You will play a key role in ensuring quality across end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, working closely with global teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Validate Equities MO/BO flows - Allocations, confirmations, settlement, reconciliation.
- Perform end-to-end testing and data validation (SQL).
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java Selenium.
- Automate regression suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct API and integration testing (REST, file-based interfaces).
- Manage defect lifecycle, RCA, and quality reporting.
- Collaborate with BA, Dev, and Ops teams globally.
- Own QA delivery for modules/end-to-end flows.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Engineering (Manual & Automation).
- Must be amenable to working onsite for at least twice a week (2x/week) at the Makati office.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong expertise in TestNG or JUnit.
- Proven experience with Postman and Rest Assured.
- Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation and verification.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines) and Git.
