As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be the bridge between business vision and technical execution. Your work goes beyond designing systems — you will help organisations in diverse, highly regulated industries (healthcare, public sector, financial services, gaming, and more) reimagine how they connect with their customers, citizens, and stakeholders. About You:

You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor, shaping Salesforce roadmaps that align with long-term business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops, turning requirements into robust solution architectures.
  • Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Experience, Data Cloud).
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards, especially in regulated industries.
  • Partner with Technical Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams to bring designs to life.
  • Influence and mentor consultants, helping build a strong delivery culture.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging Salesforce capabilities and advising clients on innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Proven ability to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across industries.
  • Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Management, Data Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of the Data Cloud data model, experience with mapping the Data Cloud model to data sources.
  • Strong understanding of Data Cloud integration with external sources using standard connectors and custom integration.
  • Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Application Architect / System Architect, plus cloud-specific credentials.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills — from C-levels to delivery teams.
  • A balance of business acumen and technical depth with the ability to simplify complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Designing or optimising loyalty programs, CRM, or player engagement platforms in gaming, gambling, hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Understanding of responsible gaming practices, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms).
  • Familiarity with the Marketing Cloud Next (Growth & Advanced).
