We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in the Insurance domain to join our team in Manila. The candidate will be responsible for validating insurance applications, ensuring high-quality delivery through functional, integration, and regression testing, and collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements related to insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc) Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Validate policy lifecycle workflows (Quotation, Underwriting, Policy Issance, Claims, Renewals).
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Support defect triage calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Insurance domain (Life/Health insurance) and strong experience in software testing (manual or automation).
- Good understanding of policy administration systems, claims processing, and underwriting workflows.
- Testing tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail or equivalent), SQL for data validation, and API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- 3–8 years of experience and the requirement to be amenable to working onsite at the Makati office.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (specifically Selenium and Java).
